Frequently Asked Questions
The profiles are available to all nurses (RN, LPN, NP and more) as well as Home Health Aides. Whether you are close to graduation or nearing retirement, anyone is eligible to create a profile.
The profiles are sent to matching employers on a daily basis so the actual time can be as little as a few days. The more complex your profile is, the more matches you will receive. It is highly suggested that you add as much information about yourself and the type of job you are seeking as possible to increase the number of matches you receive.
There is no obligation on your end to continue through the hiring process with any employer you are match with. The matches are based on information you provide and criteria the employer is seeking. If you do not like your match, simply move on to the next one.
When you have matched and been hired by your new employer, you simply come back to your profile and update the status from “Actively Seeking” to “Inactive”. This will allow the profile to be saved for you at a later date needed but it no longer in the databased to be matched to potential employers.
You will add your current employer to your profile and select the check box that says “Exclude Employer”. This will eliminate any matches with the current employer.
